The Edge, Cincinnati

Campus Management’s newest renovation is the Edge loft office space in downtown Cincinnati, one of the first office spaces in the area to receive LEED certification when the building was converted from a factory into modern office lofts. As a LEED building, the Edge was renovated from start to finish with energy efficiencies in mind for low impact on occupants and the environment. By using less energy, the Edge is able to save money for tenants and taxpayers, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and contribute to a healthier environment for the community. The Edge now house office spaces to 12 tenants and is 100% occupied.
